## What makes Homematch different

Every other Swiss property site (Homegate, ImmoScout24, Flatfox, Newhome, Comparis, RealAdvisor) is a marketplace: type a city, filter by rooms, scroll paginated results, repeat. Homematch is the For-You Page for apartments instead — an algorithmic feed that ranks the Swiss rental and sale market against your life. Most renters suffer from tunnel vision, fixating on neighborhoods like Altstetten or Oerlikon because they're "close to Zürich HB," while nothing is ever available. Meanwhile Baden (Aargau) is 15 minutes from HB by train and they'd never think to look.

Homematch solves this with a match algorithm that ingests:
