«Somnium» - high-quality owner-occupied apartments with unobstructable Alpine viewIn an attractive, elevated location in Waldstatt, three stylish residential buildings with 19 high-quality owner-occupied apartments are being built. The family-friendly and senior-friendly 3½- to 6½-room apartments combine sustainable wood construction, modern living comfort, and high quality of life with unobstructable views of the Alpstein.

Well-thought-out floor plans, bright living and dining areas, and spacious window fronts create a pleasant living atmosphere. Depending on the apartment, spacious terraces or private gardens extend the living space outdoors. The high-quality interior design with elegant kitchens, timeless bathrooms, and carefully selected materials can be individually designed according to the construction progress. The striking roofs and high-quality wooden facades take up elements of the traditional Appenzeller building style and interpret them in a contemporary way. The staggered arrangement of the residential buildings along the slope allows for optimal sunlight.

The certified Minergie standard, photovoltaic systems, geothermal heating, cooling function via floor heating, and controlled apartment ventilation ensure a pleasant indoor climate, high living comfort, and low ancillary costs. The access is comfortable and barrier-free, from the private underground garage, residents can reach the residential buildings directly. The purchase price of each apartment includes a spacious basement room. Additionally, planting gardens are available for individual use. We consciously rely on selected entrepreneurs and craftsmen from the region for the realization.

The construction project is approved and the apartments will be ready for occupancy by the end of 2028.
