5.5 room Attic flat in Wettingen

At Flurweg 4 in Wettingen, four exclusive condominiums are being built. In a quiet and at the same time central location, between Baden and Zurich, nestled between the Limmat and Lägern, the new building combines clear architecture with high-quality materials and generous floor plans.

From the garden floor to the attic penthouse, individual living space with its own character is being created. The architecture of Moser Architekt AG from Baden combines a calm, timeless formal language with carefully thought-out living quality.

The manageable size of the house creates a private, personal living atmosphere with a lot of independence for each unit. The apartments benefit from a careful room organization, which comfortably combines openness, retreat, and practical workflows.

Thus, a residential building is being created that naturally combines clear architecture, high-quality floor plans, and functional details - reduced in expression, versatile in use, and pleasant in daily living.
