Commercial space in Bern

Region of Thunersee / BeO – top kitchen studio to take over

Take over a modern, well-established kitchen construction company with an attractive exhibition in a prime location. The business is located directly on the main street, in close proximity to the highway exit, and has its own customer parking spaces right in front of the house.

The company has a long-standing, successful market presence and maintains a loyal, supra-regional customer base. The order situation is very good, and thanks to its renowned image, the company enjoys a strong position in the market.

The handover is taking place for family and age-related reasons and is aimed exclusively at qualified interested parties. A careful introduction as well as the complete takeover of customers and ongoing orders are guaranteed. The property cannot be taken over as a pure investment object.

The business premises (exhibition, office on the ground floor, and storage, as well as possible additional exhibition in the basement) are part of the operating AG. The aim is to sell the AG. Ground floor: 255 m2, basement: approx. 130 m2

The price will be disclosed upon request after signing the NDA – various takeover scenarios are possible.
