Atelier in Uster

The buildings, which together form a kind of courtyard, already existed. New to this are the two small multi-family houses that have found their place in this courtyard. One of them contains four residential units, including three studios, and the other has nine residential units.

As part of the new construction project with condominiums, attractive studios are available for purchase. The units impress with their flexible usability and are ideal for quiet businesses, creative activities, or as an inspiring workplace in close proximity to one's own home.
