Well-maintained 5.5-room property with plenty of space to live and work.
The well-maintained residential building extends over two floors and offers a practical, spacious room layout. The space offer is complemented by a partial basement with separate outdoor access and an insulated, unheated attic in the attic.
A special plus is the generously built and heated office area above the garage. This makes the property ideal for people who want to combine living and working under one roof.
The spacious garden offers plenty of free space and diverse uses. Depending on the arrangement, up to four parking spaces are available.
Overall, the property presents itself as a versatile home with plenty of space, practical secondary areas, and attractive opportunities for living, working, and leisure.
