Townhouse: Own property, own house, own walls

Optionally four or five rooms, spread over several floors - here, home office, retreat, and living area do not compete for the same space. The private office is one floor away from the kitchen, the guest room does not disturb anyone, and the staircase is part of the concept instead of a compromise. The private studio, a hobby or game room? The open dressing room in the bedroom? Everything is possible in your townhouse in the new building "Am Palmenweg" in Thayngen, including customizable kitchens and bathrooms, triple glazing, photovoltaics, and district heating with underfloor heating. Underground parking spaces with e-mobility preparation from CHF 44,000.-, cellar and bicycle storage included.

We will gladly send you the sales documentation and price list with availability and are available for sales information and advice: FREITAG IMMO, Ingo Grünig, info@freitagimmo.ch, 052 624 13 13.

Contemporary living in a townhouse on your own property

A special highlight is the lasered visible fir wood ceiling according to the architects' concept, which gives the rooms a warm, natural atmosphere. The living rooms are equipped with sanded and sealed anhydrite screed in silk matt, while the wet cells receive high-quality ceramic tiles (60×60 cm). Kitchen and bathrooms are customizable.

The rear-ventilated wooden facade with plastered external insulation and triple-glazed windows (U-value 0.7 W/m²K) guarantee excellent energy efficiency. Electric Venetian blinds provide optimal sun protection. Heating is environmentally friendly via district heating with underfloor heating, supplemented by a PV system.
