Building land in Buchs

Welcome to Buchs ZH. On the slope above the village, three row houses are planned. Nothing has been built yet. But a lot has been thought about.

Transparency first: Here you are not buying a finished house. You are buying the land, approximately 369 m² of slope with a view. And you get a project where you can have a lot of say.

Three floors are planned per house. The ground floor is for living, eating, and cooking, with large windows to the garden. Upstairs is for sleeping: Master bedroom with dressing room and access to the roof terrace, two more rooms, and a bathroom. And the basement? That's the floor that's discussed the longest at night. Guest room with bathroom, wine cellar, fitness room, sauna, office. Or a bit of everything. You don't have to decide that today.

Room layout, materials, finishes: At this stage, many things are still open. Anyone who has ever bought a finished house and immediately ripped out the kitchen knows what that's worth.

A few things are already fixed, and that's a good thing. Heating is with geothermal heat pumps and underfloor heating. Each house gets a double garage directly at the house. And the terraced architecture blends into the slope instead of pushing against it. That's why you can see far into the green from above.

The location is quiet, with a far-reaching view and short distances to the center of Buchs. The region is well connected, also to Zurich.

And because we prefer to calculate honestly rather than talk nicely: The construction costs will be added to that. Depending on the standard of finish, we expect around CHF 1.0 to 1.3 million. Better to have a clear number now than a surprise later.

Three plots, a slope, and a lot of leeway with the floor plan. There is already interest, so it applies: Whoever commits first chooses first. It's best to stand on the plot yourself and look into the green. After that, it's easy to talk about floor plans.
