I would like to introduce myself: parcel no. 2620 in Thörishaus, a 956 m² large plot of land in the W2 residential zone with interesting development prospects. My development potential

The existing apartment is currently rented to the tenant of the restaurant; their move-out is planned. The date of release is to be clarified within the framework of the sale.
