Storage room in Basel

At Kleinhüningerstrasse 199 in 4057 Basel, a versatile storage space is available on the 2nd basement level. The areas can be used flexibly from 50 to 250 m² and thus adapted to individual space requirements.

The warehouse has a functional, robust construction with concrete floor and concrete ceiling. Basic lighting and power connections are available. For efficient goods movement, access is via a freight elevator; delivery is possible via a loading ramp. The even hall floor supports purposeful handling and is suitable, for example, as a central warehouse, project space, or to expand existing storage capacities.

Renting is planned from October 1, 2026. The rental conditions are CHF 80.-/m²/year net, plus CHF 10.-/m²/year ancillary costs, corresponding to a gross rent of CHF 90.-/m²/year.

The location in the urban Basel district of Kleinhüningen offers short distances to important traffic connections, the Rhine, and the Dreiländereck. The district is connected by tram and bus and has a good connection to the highway. The Stücki shopping center and other supply and service offerings are also located in the surrounding area. The proximity to the Kleinhüningen harbor underlines the logistically interesting location.
