Storage room in Ried

At Industriestrasse 14 in Ried, we are renting a dry storage room with 27 m² of space. The room is not heated, but the temperature does not drop below 10 degrees in winter. Therefore, material, tools, files, or seasonal goods can be stored here frost-free.

A window on the west side lets in daylight, and the light current is included in the rent. The building has a lift and is wheelchair accessible. This means that larger or heavier items can be brought upstairs without having to be carried up the stairs. The location in the industrial area ensures easy access, and parking spaces are available for loading and unloading.

The room is suitable for craftsmen and traders who need additional space, as well as for private individuals who have outgrown their cellar at home.
