Storage room in Schwanden GL

Space for your business - flexible and versatile

Whether office, storage, production areas or parking facilities: these spacious commercial premises in Schwanden offer versatile usage options and are available for intermediate rent immediately.

The various rooms can be used flexibly and versatilely. On the ground floor, a large sliding door allows direct access to part of the commercial space, so that vehicles can also be parked there if needed. Additional outdoor parking spaces are available.

The 1st upper floor is also easily accessible for goods delivery. Via a corresponding access, goods can be transported directly by forklift.

The existing office spaces on the ground floor are not only suitable as classic workplaces but also, for example, as practice, therapy, massage or cosmetic rooms, studios or hobby rooms. Depending on the need, partially existing equipment, shelves and other inventory can be taken over.

The property is currently heated with an oil heating system and radiators. The existing toilets are used jointly.

An interesting interim solution for all those who are looking for spacious, versatile commercial spaces without long-term commitment.
