This apartment can be used as both a holiday home and a primary residence, and is located in Ascona on Via Vorame with a total of 6 owners.

On approximately 65 m², there are two bedrooms, a living-dining room with open kitchen, a covered sun balcony, and a bathtub with WC.

Here you can create your own holiday paradise in Ticino to get away from everyday life or start a new chapter of life on the beautiful Lake Maggiore.

From the apartment, you can easily reach the lake/center on foot or by bike. Here you will find a variety of shops, services, supermarkets, banks, and of course the beautiful lakeside promenade with the boat dock, the various restaurants, and the nice individual shops in the Borgo.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, which can be rented for an additional 150 FR, as well as a locked cellar room. The bus stop is within walking distance.

Visiting the various valleys and also the many weekly markets in Ticino is always a pleasure. The markets in neighboring Italy, such as in Cannobio (Sunday), Intra (Saturday), or Luino (Wednesday), are also popular.
