• Prior to moving in, a rent deposit of 3 months' rent must be paid into a tenant deposit account. This will be converted into cooperative capital at a later date. For this reason, we cannot accept tenant warranty insurance, etc.
• Keeping dogs is not permitted in our settlements. Apartment cats are allowed, but installing a cat net requires prior approval.

The Lehenmatt Quarter

Our property is located in the Lehenmatt quarter, directly on the Birs, which invites you to bathe or take a walk to the Birsköpfli and the Rhine in the summer. Bus lines 36 and 37 offer a good connection towards St. Jakob and Breite. For shopping, the well-stocked Spar neighborhood store is available at the corner, as well as a newly opened Migros branch on Lehenmattstrasse.

The Property

The building is part of our cooperative settlement on Birs-, Lehenmatt-, and Redingstrasse, where you have various common areas available for communal use (seating areas, playgrounds, rentable guest studio, estate meeting point, etc.). On the back of the property is the large inner courtyard. Currently, a replacement building in wood construction is being built on Lehenmattstrasse. The entire inner courtyard remains undeveloped and will become a large, green island with seating areas and a playground.
