As of December 1, 2026, we are renting this generously sized 3.5-room attic apartment on the 5th floor of the property (with elevator), which has been tastefully renovated. All rooms have bright, friendly parquet floors. From the two adjacent terraces, you have a wonderful view on one side over the Landhof to the Roche skyline, to the St. Alban Gate and the Minster. On the other side, you can overlook the Rosentalanlage (Messeplatz). The terrace floor is a tenant expansion and can be taken over free of charge by the current tenant.

The apartment has a separate toilet, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The bathroom has a connection for a private washing machine.

The kitchen has additional space for a table. The open dining room, directly adjacent to the kitchen, is separated from the entrance area by a built-in closet - on one side a closet, on the other side a wardrobe. The extremely bright living room has a fireplace. All rooms have access to a terrace.
