Welcome to our modern and spacious Deluxe Studios at Murtenstrasse 147 in Bern. The studios are located on various floors of our building, which was built in 2022 and renovated in 2025.

With approximately 31 m², these studios offer significantly more space than our more compact studios and combine a comfortable living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. They are ideal for longer stays, business travelers, commuters, students, or anyone who appreciates more space and comfort.

The Deluxe Studios offer:

Spacious living and sleeping area The larger floor plan provides more freedom of movement and a pleasant room atmosphere. The sleeping area has a comfortable Queen-Size bed (160 × 200 cm). A table with chairs provides additional space for eating, working, or relaxing.

Fully equipped kitchen The practical kitchen is equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, a microwave, a water cooker, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a kitchen set and dishes. This allows you to comfortably cater for yourself even during longer stays.

Modern bathroom Each studio has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Smart TV & Wi-Fi For entertainment and comfort, a Smart TV with USB, HDMI, and Chromecast connection, as well as Wi-Fi, are available.

Elevator The building has an elevator and provides convenient access to the studios on the various floors.

Hotel service included For additional comfort, the following services are already included in the rent:

Rental conditions:

• Minimum rental period: 28 days
• Rent: from CHF 70.– per night, depending on the studio, length of stay, and availability
• Guarantee: 30 × daily rent, refund after departure by bank transfer
• Administration fee: CHF 100.–
• Rental with contract

Parking

On request, a parking space in our underground garage can be rented for CHF 5.– per day. Minimum rental period for the parking space: 28 days.

Location and surroundings

The location at Murtenstrasse 147 combines a quiet residential atmosphere with a very good connection to public transport and the most important facilities of daily life.

The bus stop Weyermannshaus can be reached in just about 4 walking minutes. The Steigerhubel train station is about 14 walking minutes away.

For daily shopping, an Aldi is also just about 4 walking minutes away. An Amavita pharmacy can be reached in about 12 walking minutes, and the gibb – Steigerhubel in about 11 walking minutes.

The surroundings are pleasantly quiet both during the day and at night. In the summer, the studios also benefit from plenty of natural sunlight.
