From December 1, 2026, or by agreement, we rent in a quiet neighborhood and only a few minutes' walk from the center and train station, a nearly new single-family house with 3.5 rooms, attached to an existing house. The apartment has a modern, open kitchen with a dishwasher and ceramic glass. The plank floors are heated with underfloor heating. With a cozy tile stove, it feels cozy and relaxing. The apartment also has its own washing machine with tumble dryer, basement, and a garden seat.

The rent also includes all usual ancillary costs, which are lump sum and thus do not run the risk of having to make additional payments.

A device house in front of the house for bicycles, skis, etc. is also available.

On request, a covered carport can be rented for CHF 80.-- and also, own garden beds can be created on the lawn.

Non-smokers and pet-free (dog or cat) applicants are preferred.
