In the basement, there are washing machines and dryers available. You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend with leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is optimally connected to public transport, the Zihlmattweg bus stop (line 20) is located directly in front of the building and offers a 7-minute journey to the main station, the city, and the lake. For bookings from 30 nights, a deposit/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 will be charged. These payments are to be made directly to the provider after booking.
