Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. The apartment has a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a living room with an additional double bed, providing ample space for restful nights. The bright living area is a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring the city. The modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Additional amenities include free WiFi, a TV, central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Located in the lively historic Old Town, you have easy access on foot to numerous attractions, including the famous Chapel Bridge, charming squares, boutiques and cozy cafes. The idyllic banks of the Reuss and the picturesque Lake Lucerne invite you to take relaxing walks. Lucerne train station is also within walking distance and offers excellent connections for excursions throughout Switzerland. For bookings of 30 nights or more, a deposit/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00 and a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 will be charged. These payments are to be made directly to HITrental after booking. Optional additional services are only charged if selected by the guest and include a baby bed for CHF 15.00 per booking, a pet fee of CHF 10.00 per night, and an additional cleaning for CHF 75.00 per cleaning (a monthly cleaning is included for stays of at least 45 nights). Mandatory fees and taxes include tourist taxes, which vary by city: in Lucerne CHF 4.90 per person and night (children up to 15 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city); in Basel CHF 4.20 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city, maximum 30 nights are charged); and in Zug CHF 1.00 per person and night (children up to 12 years are exempt; no tax for persons registered in the city). Additionally, a final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00 is mandatory for stays of 28 nights or more; this fee is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.
