2.5 room Apartment in Naters

Officially, Naters is a town with around 10,000 inhabitants, but its residents lovingly call it the "big village". As the "gateway" to the Aletsch region, also known as the "largest pedestrian zone in the Alpine region", the municipality offers a wide range of leisure activities. The "Rote Meile" and the Rhoneufer invite you to relaxing walks.

In the Sportplatzstrasse, this beautiful 2.5-room apartment is located in a multi-family house and is available for rent. The apartment is unfurnished and is in a nearly new condition.

The multi-family house is located near the "Rote Meile" and invites you to cozy evening walks. Shopping can be done conveniently in the newly built Coop, and for relaxing hours, the Aletschspa is available. The apartment can be reached both by lift and by stairs.

When entering the apartment, the bright entrance area with a beautiful parquet floor immediately catches the eye. A white wardrobe with cabinets offers a lot of storage space. The spacious and brightly designed kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. A shiny, dark worktop forms a beautiful contrast to the white. There are many built-in cabinets that can be used to store food and kitchen utensils. The open living and dining area is the heart of the apartment. From here, you can access a small terrace where you can enjoy warm summer evenings.

The spacious bedroom is very bright thanks to large windows and offers an ideal retreat. Next to the bedroom, there is a bathroom with bright tiles, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. A laundry room with a tumble dryer and washing machine is also available.

The rent includes a basement room. All residents of the house have access to a bike room. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for an additional CHF 110 per month, or an outdoor parking space can be rented for an additional CHF 80 per month.
