The Mettlenmatt development is located on the quiet outskirts of Niederdorf, directly adjacent to meadows and recreational areas - and yet only a few minutes from the village center, shopping facilities, and the Waldenburgerbahn stop.

By appointment, we rent a bright, modern 4.5-room attic apartment with 101 m² of living space: open living/dining area, three rooms, two bathrooms including a private laundry room.

The highlights at a glance:
Spacious living, dining, and kitchen area
High-quality Miele kitchen appliances
Private laundry room
Floor heating with individual room control (geothermal heat pump)
Large window fronts provide plenty of daylight
Fine stone plates in the bathrooms
Two large terraces (north + south)

Each apartment comes with a basement compartment. A parking space in the car garage can be rented for CHF 140.- / month.

The apartments are available for occupancy from early spring 2027. Since there is already strong interest, we recommend early contact.
