"Z'Othmarsingen" will feature 100 rental and 71 owned apartments. In the first phase, 40 rental apartments have already been realized. In the second phase of the project, a further diverse range of housing will be created with 60 modern rental apartments from 1½ to 5½ rooms.

The central location and short distance to recreational areas make mattenpark.ch an attractive residential address. Friendly designed and shared meeting zones serve as a meeting point for residents and provide generous open spaces.

Great importance is placed on functionality and aesthetics in the development of the apartments. Well-thought-out floor plans with bright living rooms, elegant parquet floors, modern kitchens, and private laundry rooms in the apartments ensure an optimal living experience. In the shared underground garage, an electric charging station for electric vehicles can be installed if needed. The photos are sample images and may differ from the floor plan of this apartment.

Since the apartments on Lilienweg are currently still under construction, viewings are not possible. The rental will therefore take place on the basis of the available plans and documents.
