3.5 room Terrace flat in Weggis

At Lindenweg 3, high above the village on the south slope of Weggis, every day begins with this view: Lake Lucerne, the mountains, plenty of sky. In the Residenz Miralago, a small house with only four apartments, we rent a 3.5 (4.5)-room apartment where you can live on one level. It is spacious and bright, and almost every room opens onto the terrace. The other apartments are occupied by their owners, so the environment is quiet and well-maintained.

The heart of the apartment is the open living and dining area with 41 m². Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the lake into the living room, and on cool evenings, a wood fire crackles in the fireplace. In the kitchen, the cooking island in white high-gloss quickly becomes the meeting point when guests arrive. Steamer, wok, and induction from V-ZUG make cooking hearts beat faster, and the Quooker provides boiling and sparkling water directly from the tap.

Outside, there are around 60 m² of living space. On the 40 m² large terrace with glass balustrade, nothing obstructs the view. Right next to it is the covered seating area, which becomes a favorite spot with infrared heaters and built-in speakers, from the first spring evening to late autumn.

Your private retreat is the master area with over 40 m². The parent's room with sliding door to the terrace includes an open wardrobe with clothes lifts, which leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled, and a bathroom with daylight, large bathtub, rain shower, and double sink. It feels a bit like being in a hotel, but every day.

The second room, also with access to the terrace, is suitable as a children's, guest, or home office room. Thanks to the prepared beamer connection, it can also be used as a home cinema. A guest shower/toilet and a large storage room with V-ZUG washing machine, tumble dryer, and plenty of storage space ensure that everything has its place in everyday life.

The quality shows in the details: over 110 dimmable spots for every mood, floor-to-ceiling doors, parquet flooring in a ship's floor pattern, and glass fiber with network cabling. In addition, there is the Minergie standard with geothermal energy and controlled ventilation, which provides a pleasant room climate all year round.

And because space is never too much, a developed hobby room of 14 m² is included in the basement. Today it's a fitness room, maybe tomorrow an atelier or office. Next to it is a cellar with a large closet. Your vehicles are parked in the single garage with a wall box and in the double garage; a third parking space is outside. The elevator takes you directly from the parking level to the apartment door.

The local bus stops directly at Lindenweg. The lake shore can be reached on foot, the village center, school, and lido in a few minutes by car. Here you live quietly, but not remotely, in the middle of the Riviera of Central Switzerland.
