The approximately 85 m² large, lovingly renovated and high-quality furnished apartment combines the unmistakable charm of a historic Zermatt house with modern living comfort. Visible wooden beams, warm materials, and a stylish interior create a unique atmosphere for well-being.

The location could hardly be better for Zermatt lovers!

Located directly in the historic village center, the numerous restaurants, cozy bars, cafes, boutiques, and shopping facilities of the Bahnhofstrasse are within easy walking distance. The bus stops with connections to the mountain railways are also just a few minutes' walk away. The "Matterhorn-Express" mountain railway is about a 10-minute walk away.

Whether ski holidays, weekend getaways, a spontaneous short stay, or simply a few relaxing days in the mountains – you can enjoy Zermatt at any time of the year. The apartment is also very suitable as a first home.

Why is this special apartment becoming available?

We rented the apartment ourselves as a holiday home and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The interior, the charm of the old Valais house, and especially the central location are really something special.

However, since we are a family of five, we need more space in the long term and have therefore decided on a larger apartment in Zermatt.

We are giving up this apartment reluctantly and would be happy if it will give someone as much joy in the future as it has given us!

Please note: The historic building has no elevator. There is no basement and no private washing machine. However, a separate external storage room for skis is available.

We are looking for a suitable sublessee (preferably a single person or a couple) who would like to take over the apartment for long-term rent under the existing rental conditions. The final rental will be done in consultation with the ownership.
