2.5 room Apartment in Zürich

On the southern slope of the popular residential district Zürich-Höngg, we are renting a spacious 2.5 room apartment as of December 1st, 2026. The property was completely renovated in 2013 and presents itself in a modern style.

In the living room, corridor, and kitchen, large-format anthracite-colored Feinsteinzeug plates were laid. The sleeping area was equipped with oak parquet. The kitchen was designed in light colors and features a high-level oven, glass ceramic stove, and V-Zug dishwasher. The bathroom was equipped with sand-brown floor plates. The storage room offers plenty of storage space. In addition to spacious living areas, the apartment has a large seating area with a view of Zürich and the mountains.

From the tram 13 and bus 46 stops, which are located in the immediate vicinity, you can reach the city center of Zürich in less than 15 minutes. The journey to the trendy Zürich-West district with its extensive cultural offerings is even shorter.
