First rental after total renovation: Beautiful 2-room apartments in Gehdi
On Florastrasse 11 in the Zürcher Seefeld, the existing multi-family house is being extensively renovated. 20 rental apartments will be created, from studios to 3.5-room apartments, distributed from the ground floor to the attic.
New kitchens, modern bathrooms, and a laundry tower in each apartment provide contemporary living comfort. The new facade and the large roof windows on the top floor round off the enhanced construction standard.
Let yourself be impressed by this exceptional residential offer in the heart of Seefeld.
Due to the current construction status, the apartments will be rented out according to plan for the time being.
We look forward to your contact and are happy to advise you personally.
