Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business purposes. In the event of a proven breach of rules, the accommodation reserves the right to issue a fine or cancel the booking with immediate effect and without refund, and to demand the immediate departure of the guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. When traveling with pets, a deposit must be paid. The living area has a desk that can also be used as a dining table.
