Commercial space in Basel

Your laboratory in Basel's new life science quarter.

FLOW is the first converted laboratory building on the Klybeck site, the largest transformation area in the city. It is located directly on the Rhine, in the center of the emerging life science cluster and only 10 minutes from the center of Basel. Here, research projects find the space, infrastructure, and flexibility to grow.

What speaks for FLOW

• Designed for laboratories up to BSL-2: Suitable for biological, chemical, analytical, and physical research.
• Technically prepared: All media for laboratory operation up to the rental boundary are available.
• Modular and adaptable: Within the rental area, spaces from 28 m² to 250 m² and all intermediate sizes are possible. The column structure allows for maximum flexibility in room division.
• Sustainable: LEED Gold certification supports the achievement of your company's sustainability goals.

Office spaces also available In addition to the laboratory spaces, FLOW offers office spaces from 41 to 2,100 m². The building as a whole comprises around 19,000 m² of laboratory and office space, so your team can combine laboratory and office under one roof.
