FLOW is the first renovated building on the Klybeck site, the largest transformation area in the city, and will offer around 19,000 m² of office and laboratory space from 2029.

It is located directly on the Rhine, between the meadow and the Rhine in a green area, and yet only 10 minutes from the center of Basel. Here, office spaces are being created for companies that want to attract talent and grow with their location.
