Availability of a 197 m² arcade-type area on the ground floor of a new building to be constructed soon at Rue Peillonnex 39 in Chêne-Bourg.

The office floors will reach up to 1,552 m² and can be divided from 230 m², allowing for single or multi-tenant occupancy.

Each area will include private sanitary facilities and a kitchenette for almost immediate use.

The building will have dressing rooms and showers dedicated to active mobility and the well-being of employees.
