Soon to be located at Rue Peillonnex 39 in Chêne-Bourg, the KingCross project will offer nearly 12'000 m² of new offices combining flexibility, performance, and quality of use in a dynamic urban environment for delivery from June 2028.

At the foot of Chêne-Bourg station, the building will benefit from exceptional access by the Léman Express, trams 12 and 17, bus lines, and the Voie Verte. The evolving neighborhood offers shops, restaurants, services, and public spaces just a few steps away.

This 1'206 m² office space on the top floor can be divided into two spaces of 797 m² and 410 m² each, with a terrace. Each unit will include private sanitary facilities and a kitchenette for almost immediate use.
