From February 1, 2027, we will be renting a bright office space with approximately 80 m² of floor space on the 1st floor.

The room can be taken over in its original, open form (without partitions) as shown on the floor plan, or with the partitions.

Currently, the area has been subdivided into three separate rooms by the previous tenant in their own construction. After consultation with the current tenant, it is possible to take over this existing division - practical for users who need several smaller offices or work areas.

The rent is composed as follows:

CHF 925.00 monthly rent including ancillary costs

CHF 75.00 8.1% VAT on CHF 925.00

CHF 1,000 monthly rent including ancillary costs and VAT

Parking spaces can be rented for CHF 54.05 per month.
