The prominent location at Roter Platz, approximately 350 meters from St. Gallen train station, is one of the most renowned addresses in the St. Gallen city center. The building is already home to renowned tenants such as KPMG and Debrunner Acifer. The Bleicheli quarter has been transformed into an urban architectural work of art through the "Stadtlounge", which stretches like a red carpet over the entire area and serves as a meeting place with cozy seating areas. St. Gallen train station, with direct access to regional and long-distance traffic as well as to Zurich Airport, can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.
