At Pletschenstrasse 99 in Susten, we are renting a traditional wooden barn with a gross floor area of approximately 130 m² on one floor. The building impresses with its open roof truss with visible beams, a robust wooden floor, and a large gate opening.

A particular advantage: The barn can be driven directly to with a car. This allows materials, tools, or bulky objects to be easily brought up to the gate and loaded and unloaded without long carrying distances.

The area is versatile and can be used in various ways. One part is set up as a workshop area with OSB walls and windows, while other areas offer space for shelves, machines, garden equipment, or seasonal items. Additional storage space is available in the attic area. Lighting and power connections are available.
