On Grubenstrasse 11 in Urtenen-Schönbühl, we rent nine individual offices from 17 to 30 m² on the 2nd floor. This unit measures approximately 22 m² and is suitable for 1 to 2 workstations.

What you get:

• a private lockable room with its own door, no large room, no co-working
• location on the window front, daylight
• ready for occupancy: flooring, suspended ceiling, and lighting are available, you don't need to build anything
• kitchenette, toilet facilities, and cloakrooms on the floor, access via staircase and lift
• outdoor parking spaces and garage spaces available separately upon request

Why the price is so low: The floor is being used temporarily until the planned renovation. This results in a rent around 31% below the level in Schönbühl, where office spaces range from CHF 118 to 170 per m² and year. And short terms instead of a five-year contract.
