Office in Zürich

68 m² office/studio space + 45 m² communal area with kitchen (total 113m2) on Weststrasse 77, quietly located in the inner courtyard and just a few minutes' walk from Wiedikon train station.

Welcome to Weststrasse 77. The premises are located in an older, characterful building in the quiet inner courtyard in the heart of Zurich Wiedikon. The location combines a central location with a somewhat unconventional, creative atmosphere.

We offer 68 m² of office space on the 1st floor. Additionally, 45 m² of communal space are available, which is used by three parties. This includes the entrance area, kitchen, and sanitary facilities.

The 68 m² large office/studio space is ideal for architectural offices, designers, graphic designers, creative agencies, planning offices, studio communities, or other quiet commercial uses.

Two flexible work areas
The space consists of a spacious open work area and a separate, door-separated room. This is suitable, for example, as a meeting room, conference room, or for concentrated work.

Communal area with kitchen
On the ground floor, there is a 45 m² large communal room with a fully equipped kitchen. The room is shared by a total of three parties and is suitable as a lounge, reception, conversation, or group room.

The entrance area and kitchen are shared. The sanitary facilities are shared by two parties.
The proportionate use of the communal areas is already taken into account in the ancillary costs.

Creative house community
We are looking for a suitable party that enjoys a communally used workplace. In the house, a small mix of different creative and professional uses is being created.
