Factory in Zürich

In a preferred, representative location in the Zurich Rennweg quarter, we are renting a commercial space with approximately 377 m2 (commercial space approximately 327 m2 & office approximately 50 m2) for a rent of CHF 15,000.00 per month as of April 1, 2027, or by agreement.

The open room layout is suitable for manual, commercial, and production-related uses, such as workshops, assembly, manufacturing, storage, or studios. A light well supplies the space with natural daylight, creating pleasant conditions even during concentrated work and reducing the need for artificial light. Additionally, the space is mechanically ventilated, cooled, and has its own double WC facility (in the basement). An internal spiral staircase leads to the courtyard building, which can be preferably used as an office with approximately 50 m2.

The location is particularly attractive, being in the middle of Zurich and just a few minutes' walk from the main train station, ensuring that your employees, customers, and delivery partners are well connected.

The infrastructure is not suitable for gastronomy.

If interested, an additional, separate office of approximately 14 m2 and two outdoor parking spaces for small cars can also be rented.
