Café in Bern

This Café Bar with Lounge is located in the immediate vicinity of Waisenhausplatz in the center of Bern city.

It is an absolutely top-class location in Bern to implement your concept. It's always lively here in the evenings and on weekends. The rental costs are remarkably fair for this location.

There are 48 indoor seats and 24 outdoor seats. The 48 indoor seats are divided into a café-bar with 24 seats and a lounge with smoking permit with 24 seats.

The entire establishment was recently renovated to a very high standard. These investments amount to over 200,000 CHF (new floors, walls, toilets, inventory, alarm system, cameras, smoking ventilation, etc.).

There is no gastronomic kitchen, so you are not allowed to fry, grill, or deep-fry food here. A café, a bar lounge, or a special shop with seating for customers would be a good fit.

The current concept is very successful and can be taken over. The sale is only due to personal reasons.

Important: The takeover price for the ongoing operation, inventory, furniture, all renovations, etc. is CHF 115,000.-.
