3.5 room Villa in Barico

We are in Barico, a small village nestled among the superb green hills of Medio Malcantone, in an authentic and quiet setting where time seems to slow down. Here, among small alleys, majestic trees, and green expanses, the possibility of living in close contact with nature is born, without giving up the warmth and practicality of a fully furnished house.

This charming 3.5-room house develops on two levels and is ready to welcome you from the first day. An ideal solution for those who want to change their life, leave behind the daily frenzy, and find an intimate, curated, and character-rich environment.

DAY AREA: THE WARMTH OF THE HOUSE

As soon as you enter the front door, you are greeted by a characteristic day area with exposed beams, where the kitchen corner and the relaxation area coexist in perfect harmony. The kitchen, recently installed, is distinguished by white doors, a wooden table, and integrated appliances: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and ceramic glass cooktop.

The particular dining table invites you to share pleasant moments, while the small wood stove gives warmth and atmosphere to the most intimate evenings. The living room, furnished with a soft, modular sofa, is the ideal space to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the nucleus.

On the same level, there is a bathroom equipped with a sink, mirror, toilet, and shower box. Inside a practical wall cabinet, there is a private washing machine, a precious convenience that allows you to manage laundry directly in the house.

THE NIGHT AREA AND THE TERRACE

The upper level hosts a fully furnished double bedroom with a bed, nightstands, dresser, and wardrobe. A second single bedroom offers additional space for a child, a guest, or a personal study and work area.

A practical storage room and a terrace complete the level, perfect for breathing in the air of the hills, enjoying a coffee outdoors, or being accompanied by the quiet of the landscape.
