Massive parquet floors in various designs are present in their original state in almost all rooms. Wall coverings present themselves in various forms. On the ground floor as well as on the 1st and 2nd upper floors, uniquely beautiful tile stoves can be found as unique pieces, and a coal stove with a beautifully worked frame in forged iron and sheet metal with grid doors is well preserved.

The building services as well as the insulation have been brought up to the latest standard. Non-intact windows were rebuilt in a style-conscious manner. Kitchens and bathrooms were newly installed to a high standard, so that the future occupants will have spacious lover's apartments in a historic building substance at their disposal.
The bathrooms feature not only modern showers but also very exclusive, free-standing bathtubs. The huge kitchens with their generous arrangements and all modern appliances and stone countertops inspire you to try out culinary experiments.
The oldest parts of Villa Tobler date back to the years 1790 - 1815, according to information. The stately residential building stands as a co-defining element on Kirchplatz 1 in Thal on a plot of land of approximately 1300 m2, which borders the idyllic village stream to the southeast. A separate remise with garages, a washhouse with a romantic garden pavilion above it, flanks the former villa directly on the water, along the village stream. Five parking spaces are available on the east side along the street.
3 apartments (2 x 4½ and 1 x 6½) have usable areas between 130 - 170 m2, including beautiful verandas on the 1st and 2nd floors as well as an additional balcony on the 1st floor. The attic apartment has a separately accessible attic space that extends over the entire building area. On the ground floor, you will find a 2.5-room apartment of approximately 60 m2 with a also romantic loggia, which can be accessed via the bathroom or kitchen/dining room. These rooms are also predestined for an office unit.
