Agricultural Lot in Chalais

Promo Business proposes an exceptional vineyard estate in the commune of Chalais.

Composed of thirteen contiguous plots, this estate totals 12'794 m², including 11'200 m² of vineyard area. Planted mainly with Pinot noir between 2006 and 2008, it represents a rare opportunity on the market. Cultivated in permanent cordon on wires, with a spacing of 1.50 meters, the estate is fully mechanizable. It also benefits from road access along its entire circumference, facilitating operation and maintenance. As some plots exceed 1'500 m², the acquisition is subject to the approval of rural land law.

This property could become a reference estate for a winery, with the possibility of setting up a dedicated venue for events, wine tastings, and customer receptions.
