• Balcony, accessible from the kitchen and the left room

• The apartment is currently being repainted.

The ancillary rooms include a basement compartment. The house has no elevator.

The laundry room and bike cellar are available to all.

The viewing is on Friday, August 28, from 12:00 to 13:00. We would be pleased if you could stop by.

An outdoor parking space can be rented for CHF 50.00/month.

We are not allowed to permit dogs.
