3.5 room Apartment in Basel

This charming, bright 3.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained multi-family house on Feldbergstrasse in the heart of Basel combines urban living and relaxed residential quality. The location is an absolute highlight: only about 100 meters from the Rhine riverbank, you can easily reach the popular promenade, the university hospital, and the Basel city center on foot. Thanks to the 30 km/h zone and the latest generation of soundproof windows, you can enjoy a pleasantly quiet living environment despite the central location.

On approximately 76 m² of living space, the apartment offers a well-thought-out floor plan that is ideal for couples or small families. The spacious living room and the entrance area with a wardrobe convince with an open room feeling. The kitchen (with induction) and the bathroom (with double sink) were completely renovated in 2016, as was the elegant parquet floor. While the main bedroom looks quietly into the backyard, the study or children's room has a charming balcony that faces the newly designed community garden. A privileged parking space in the underground garage, including an electric charging station, rounds off the offer.

The property, built in 1973, has been continuously modernized: among other things, the staircase was painted (2022), the locking system was renewed (2024), and the elevator was completely modernized (2025).
