Hello,
I live in a very pleasant, bright and modern house in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the center of La Neuveville. This small town is very well located, with a train line serving every hour in the direction of Bienne or Neuchâtel, and with road connections allowing to reach these two larger cities in 15 minutes. You can easily practice walking, cycling, water sports on the lake. The cultural life is also well developed, with cinema, very active theater, concerts in the old town in summer.
This house was full not long ago, but now the top floor is empty since my three children have left the house. I'm looking for an ideal shared accommodation formula for me: sharing a common kitchen space in good harmony, respecting and complementing each other for house maintenance and possibly the garden... and above all not invading each other's space.
I will be 58 years old and can imagine sharing this house with someone in the 40-65 age range, but ultimately, anything is possible if it's simple.
The photos of the available space concern the first floor. There are two closed rooms, an open distribution area that can serve as a living room or library, and a small bathroom. I have already had a very satisfying experience with a shared accommodation with one person. I am now considering, strengthened by this first experience, two possible formulas: one person who takes the entire top floor or two people from different horizons who take each a room and share the bathroom. It's obviously to be discussed according to the profiles of the interested people. It's possible to remove the furniture to let you arrange the space to your convenience. The kitchen is on the same level.
