In an 18,000 m2 park located south of Ecublens, Saint-Sulpice side, in close proximity to EPFL.
Construction of the last building (H) of the nine that make up the project. The constructions have only one floor above the ground floor. The three top buildings (A, B, C) have been planned for rental and the six others (D to I) have been sold as property by floor.
The construction site opened on October 11, 2024. The quality of the construction is exceptional in terms of choice of materials and interior finishes. Particular care is taken with the outdoor arrangements. The park will contain over seventy major trees as well as numerous indigenous plantations. The philosophy of the project is to live in a place where the surrounding nature and the large trees give you peace. The parking spaces are all located in a large underground parking lot with direct access to each building. A communal room of sixty square meters is made available to residents for various activities.
Energy production is done for each building using a geothermal heat pump as well as thermal panels that relieve the heat pump and the natural resources of the land, especially in summer. A simple flow system is planned to optimize the air quality in the apartments. The extracted heat is redirected to the heat pump. The construction is labeled "Minergie". The buildings also benefit from the "RCP" system (regrouping of own consumption). A Free-Cooling system, "cooling of apartments in summer", completes the many advantages of this new realization.
