Modern living in an attractive location at Terrassenweg 1
In a preferred location in Oberägeri, we are selling a high-quality, newly built 3-room attic apartment. The successful conversion combines modern architecture with a well-thought-out room concept and creates an exceptional home for people who value living quality, privacy, and spacious outdoor areas.
The heart of the apartment is the approximately 36 m² large living and dining area. The generous window front provides plenty of daylight and creates a smooth transition to the approximately 32 m² large terrace - a wonderful place for relaxed hours outdoors, a dinner with friends, or simply to enjoy the surroundings.
The kitchen with approximately 8.4 m² is directly connected to the living/dining area and blends harmoniously into the open living concept.
The apartment has two well-proportioned rooms with approximately 13.1 m² and 14.6 m². One of them is ideal as a bedroom, the second can be used as a children's, guest, or study room, depending on personal needs.
Particularly comfortable is the equipment with two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. The room offer is complemented by a practical storage room with approximately 3.6 m² and a spacious entrance and hallway.
Another plus point is the elevator, which is centrally accessible via the staircase according to the floor plan and thus enables comfortable access to the attic level.

Living above Lake Ägeri - quiet, sunny, and yet central
Terrassenweg 1 is located in an attractive south-facing slope above the village center of Oberägeri. The elevated location combines tranquility and privacy with short walks to the village and Lake Ägeri. For the attic apartment, the unobstructed lake and mountain view documented in the current advertisement is particularly noteworthy.
Oberägeri is nestled in the charming landscape of the Ägeri Valley. Lake Ägeri and the surrounding mountains offer a high recreational value in every season - whether swimming, hiking, cycling, jogging, or taking a boat trip on the lake. The Oberägeri boat dock is also easily accessible.
Despite the quiet living location, the amenities of daily life are conveniently accessible. The village center, shopping facilities, schools, bank, and public transport are within a short walking distance of about ten minutes, according to the property information. In the village, there is, among other things, the Coop supermarket Oberägeri on the main street 15.
For families, Oberägeri offers a comprehensive range of schools. The primary school Hofmatt and the upper school are located directly in Oberägeri.
The connection to public transport is also attractive. From Oberägeri station, there are direct bus connections to Unterägeri and Zug; the current ZVB timetable shows the connection between Oberägeri station and Zug Bahnhofplatz.
By car, the city of Zug can be reached in about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The motorway connections to Zurich, Lucerne, and Gotthard are also well-connected. Oberägeri thus combines natural living with proximity to the economic and living space of Zug in a pleasant way.
