Hello :) My name is Alessia and I'm going on a trip on 10.10.26. Therefore, I'm renting out my furnished room until the end of January 2027. The rent is 1400.- per month, including a balcony with a view of the greenery.

I live near Goldbrunnenplatz in the beautiful district 3. There are various shopping options and a tram station (lines 9 and 14) in the immediate vicinity.

I live with my roommate. We are both psychologists and about 30 years old. In December, we will be traveling together, which means you would have the entire apartment to yourself from December to mid-January.
