Storage Room in Mendrisio

In Mendrisio, on Via alle Cantine, we propose the sale of this characteristic wine cellar on two levels.
The property presents itself to be renovated but with some interesting features.

On the ground floor, we have the entrance with kitchen/preparation area, a fireplace, and access to the wine cellar on the lower floor, which consists of a naturally ventilated storage room for a cool and constant temperature.
On the upper floor, accessible through a path through the adjacent property, we find the dining area, also with a small preparation area, the corridor, and the upper wine cellar.
There is the possibility of creating a loft above the upper wine cellar, and considering that the wine cellar is the last one on the path, the corridor could be closed and used exclusively.

The works to be carried out include the total renovation of the roof, façades, and systems, in addition to the creation of a bathroom.
At the end of these, however, you can fully enjoy a unique property of its kind, in full Ticino style.
