This attractive country house villa is located in the center and yet in the middle of the greenery of the spa town of Badenweiler, an idyllic Markgräfler community with almost Mediterranean climate, situated between Basel and Freiburg at the foot of the Blauen.
In the immediate vicinity of the property, within walking distance of about 250m, is the very popular Cassiopeia Therme, which is known far beyond the national borders and has emerged from the renovation of a former margrave's bath. Consisting of various saunas and thermal baths of different temperatures with a total water area of over 1000 m2, as well as the adjacent outdoor pool with sun terraces and a view of the spa park and the Roman bath ruins, this place offers relaxation at the highest level. The Cassiopeia Therme has been awarded "Five Wellness Stars Therme" in all categories for the fourth time in a row.
The adjacent spa park, which is laid out around the castle hill with numerous hiking trails, a large spa park pond, and various panoramic spots, invites you to interesting, scenic, and relaxing walks with its Mediterranean vegetation and partly subtropical plant world.
The attractive and traffic-calmed center of Badenweiler with its numerous historic buildings, churches, and chapels, small and large shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pensions can be reached on foot in just a few meters.
Badenweiler is also a very popular spa town among its spa guests due to its renowned rehabilitation clinics, sanatoriums, and thermal baths, beautiful pensions, and well-kept guest rooms, with very pleasant climatic conditions.
With its diverse possibilities, such as wellness or relaxation vacations, a culinary tour of Markgräfler cuisine, various sporting or cultural events in a perfect ambience, the beautiful spa town of Badenweiler attracts thousands of spa guests, visitors, and tourists every year.
