According to our rental guidelines, families, single parents with children under 10 years old, and couples are preferred when renting apartments from 65 m². Single people are also welcome to apply, but they will not be given priority.

Since this is a cooperative apartment, cooperative shares in the amount of CHF 4,000.00 are due upon rental instead of a rental deposit.
